Hazards and Protection.
Storage
Keep away from sources of ignition. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated. (Store below 4 C.) Store in a tightly closed container. Flammables-area.
Protection
Wear appropriate protective gloves and clothing to prevent skin exposure. Use chemical safety goggles.
Respirators
Follow the OSHA respirator regulations found in 29 CFR 1910.134 or European Standard EN 149. Always use a NIOSH or European Standard EN 149 approved respirator when necessary.
Small spills/leaks
Absorb spill with inert material (e.g. vermiculite, sand or earth), then place in suitable container. Use water spray to dilute spill to a non-flammable mixture. Remove all sources of ignition.
Stability
Stable at normal temperatures and pressures.
Incompatibilities
Avoid strong oxidizing agents, strong bases, air.
Decomposition
Oxides of carbon.
