Description
Colorless crystals.
Uses
Used to treat tapeworm and roundworm infections. It may also be useful for treating a type of intestonal protozoan infection in AIDS patients.

   Ingestion
May cause liver damage. May cause headache. May be harmful if swallowed. May cause allergic reaction. May cause alopecia (loss of hair). May cause bone marrow depression. Causes gastrointestinal tract irritation.
   Inhalation
Causes respiratory tract irritation. May be harmful if inhaled. May cause burning sensation, coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting.
   Skin
Causes skin irritation. May cause irritation with burning pain, itching and redness. May be harmful if absorbed through the skin. Contact with the skin may cause urticaria (hives).
   Eyes
Causes eye irritation.

First aid
 
   Ingestion
Get medical aid immediately. Wash mouth out with water.
   Inhalation
Get medical aid immediately. Remove from exposure to fresh air immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
   Skin
Get medical aid immediately. Immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes.
   Eyes
Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical aid immediately.
