A complex combination of fatty acids, neutral cottonseed-oil, proteins, and other minor components produced by boiling cottonseed-oil soapstock with mineral acid and, optionally, further separating the oil phase acidulated soapstock from the aqueous phase.

Storage
Store in a cool dry location, away from incompatible materials.
Handling
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Do not breath vapors. Wash thoroughly after handling. Contaminated clothing should be laundered before reuse. This material should only be handled in a hood.
