Hazards and Protection.
Storage
Store in a tightly closed container. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances. Refrigerator (approx 4 C). Store protected from moisture. Store protected from light.
Handling
Wash thoroughly after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Use only in a well ventilated area. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Keep container tightly closed. Do not ingest or inhale. Store protected from light.

Exposure effects
Effects may be delayed. Chronic exposure may cause reproductive disorders and teratogenic effects.
   Ingestion
Harmful if swallowed. May cause gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
   Inhalation
Harmful if inhaled. Causes respiratory tract irritation. May cause narcotic effects in high concentration. Can produce delayed pulmonary edema. May cause respiratory sensitization.
   Skin
Causes skin irritation. May cause skin sensitization, an allergic reaction, which becomes evident upon re-exposure to this material. May be harmful if absorbed through the skin. Prolonged exposure may produce blisters.

Causes eye irritation. May cause chemical conjunctivitis.

First aid
 
   Ingestion
Do NOT induce vomiting. If victim is conscious and alert, give 2-4 cupfuls of milk or water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical aid immediately.
   Inhalation
Get medical aid immediately. Remove from exposure to fresh air immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
   Skin
Get medical aid. Immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse.
   Eyes
Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical aid.
